Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tax advisory services on joint venture and partnership tax matters
• Apply tax technical concepts to determine transactional outcomes
• Develop and guide junior tax professionals
• Demonstrate professionalism and maintain client relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
• CPA certification or membership in The Bar is a plus
• Minimum of three years related work experience
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
