TITLE: Data Analytics Team Lead - Commercial Real Estate

LOCATION: REMOTE - Applicants must live in WA, OR, CA

PAY: Target salary for this role is between $125,000 - $135,000 annually depending on experience

ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Direct Hire

What You’ll Be Doing

• This is an experienced, lead-level Data Analyst position, requiring proven knowledge of data analysis in the financial services industry.
• Working with senior leadership and a technical data analyst to get the most important and relevant data connections out of loan and lending information systems. Supervise and guide the work of one or more highly technical analysts and support them to connect the dots around the most powerful data to provide business groups. Supported tools are Power BI, SQL, MS environment.

Who We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience using PowerBI to manage and analyze financial data.
• Expert knowledge of SQL and Power BI or similar tools for reporting.
• Previous work experience in financial services, real estate, or lending industry required.
• Exceptional listening and problem solving skills.
• Highly skilled and clear communication of technical concepts to users at different levels of sophistication.
• Have proven experience with leading, directing, or mentoring other data analysts required.
• Experience working in a complex enterprise organization is ideal but not required.
