WCTI/WYDO New Bern/Greeneville/Jacksonville seeks a motivated professional to join our Digital Sales Team as a Digital Sales Coordinator. This position will report directly to the Marketing Sales Manager.
DUTIES:
- This position will be responsible for the ordering, implementation, and fulfillment of online advertising campaigns
- Will work with a diverse team of Marketing Consultants to coordinate campaigns with internal and external partners
- Responsible for increasing sales efficiencies by coordinating ad processes, organizing creative and credit issues, providing campaign reporting, and assisting in other sales processes as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years experience in an inside or outside sales assistant/coordinator environment preferred
- Digital media sales experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to multi-task, manage operational processes, and experience with web-based operation systems is necessary
- Must demonstrate proficiency in all Microsoft applications, as well as possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in Google DFP and online CMS systems is a plus
- Candidate needs to be a self-starter, have a positive attitude in difficult situations, and be personally motivated
