Regency Senior Living is searching for a skilled, motivatedDigital Media Manager. This person will report directly to the Regency SeniorLiving Regional Director of Sales and Marketing
Job Overview and Essential Job Functions
Responsible for company's online content, including social mediaand website
Planning and Implementing
  • Developingand managing digital campaigns, including advertising efforts, media schedulesand content strategies
Analyzing and Reporting
  • Evaluatingcampaign performance, using metrics to optimize strategy, and reporting onsuccess
Creating and Managing Content
  • Developingand managing the websites of all Regency Senior Living communities which alsoincludes Regency corporate office, creating and posting content to socialmedia, and managing email
Staying Up to Date
  • Keepingcurrent with trends and new platforms to ensure the organization's onlinepresence is relevant
  • OptimizingRegency online presence and driving organic traffic through search engines
  • Developingand implementing SEO strategies, including keyword research, contentoptimization, link building and technical SEO audits
Collaborating
  • Workingwith the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to create content that alignswith Regency Senior Living goals while maintaining the Regency Brand
Managing Event Posting
  • Capturingand sharing photos and videos from community and organizational events
Skills Required (not limited to)
  • Technical knowledge : Computer skills to format and place online media
  • Creative abilities: create and edit content
  • Writing and editing skills: create content for websites and social media
  • Project management skills: plan and implement digital campaigns
  • Leadership skills: guide Regency's digital media strategy
  • Data analytics: evaluate campaign performance and identify trends
  • Communication skills: strong writing and communication abilities
Required Education / Experience
  • Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent through work experience
  • Threeyears, minimum experience
  • Seniorliving experience a plus
