Hospitality firm is seeking a Director, Media Analytics who be responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive media and analytics strategies across paid advertising, social media, direct mail, email, and customer segmentation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee comprehensive media and analytics strategies across all channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multichannel campaigns, integrating paid advertising, social media, direct mail, and email initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvement and implement best practices to enhance effectiveness and ROI across all channels.
- Oversee the development and implementation of advanced analytics and segmentation strategies to drive targeted marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all channels, providing strategic insights and regular updates to leadership.
- Develop and maintain a robust reporting framework to track KPIs and measure the success of all marketing initiatives.
- Lead and manage the paid media team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely execution of marketing plans.
- Oversee and optimize the media and analytics budget across all channels.
- Evaluate new and existing media opportunities, negotiating proposals, and presenting strategic options to senior leadership.
- Lead initiatives to enhance data integration and utilization across marketing channels.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee the development and implementation of promotional offers, ensuring effective communication through appropriate channels.
Experience:
- 6+ years of senior-level analytics roles with increasing levels of responsibility, including running a department
- Experience within the hospitality industry is strongly preferred
- Experience in setting a vision, roadmap, and developing recommendations based in data.
- 4-year degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Passionate about performance marketing and data
- 3 years of Marketing experience and knowledge minimum.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign.
- Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite applications a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
