We are working with a growing manufacturing firm who is looking for an HR director. Responsibilities:
* Establish department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, and compensation.
* Identify and researching human resources issues.
* Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and counseling staff.
* Develops human resources operations financial strategies
* Research, develop, write, and update policies.
* Manage the company’s health and wellness benefits.
* Works with legal counsel on employment issues.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources management
* 7-10 years’ experience in human resources in manufacturing
* SHRM or similar professional membership
