We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing sales organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new customers in mid/large financial services and Fintech companies in North America.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute on account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential
  2. Create and deliver accurate forecasts
  3. Convert qualified leads and prospects into sales
  4. Manage the sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales
  5. Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  6. Responsible for overall sales strategies and generating positive business outcomes for our clients
  7. Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of both RDC and its solutions to differentiate our capabilities to clients
  8. Master all corporate training materials, and stay current on enablement track and competency development
  9. Direct and prioritize own work and provide accurate and timely forecasts in SFDC
  10. Drive creative business development activities to penetrate white space accounts
  11. Deliver sales presentations
  12. Develop a deep understanding of both the customers and competitive landscape, enabling a business dialogue to be conducted with C-level contacts and their teams
  13. Exhibit a strong understanding of RDC solutions and know when and how to engage pre-sales/technical assistance; work with internal teams to strategize on deal activities
  14. Work closely with Customer Success, Account Management, and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
