A full service Real Estate Company is seeking a self-motivated and professional candidate to assist and work closely within our Accounting Department. Responsibilities will include accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Clerical duties such as scanning, filing, mailing, answering phones, etc.
Assist Accounting Department with data entry, AR/AP
Assist homeowners with account questions and research payments
Perform special projects, as necessary

Job Qualifications
Education: Associate's degree
Experience: 1-3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills
Excellent data entry skills
Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
Ability to meet all assigned deadlines
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
