Village Plumbing & AC in business and been serving the Houston area for 78 years. We have built an impeccable reputation based on our consistent quality work. We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative, one of the most important positions with our company. You are our first point of contact when our customers call, so we are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Answer phones and book service calls for Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical service
* Document and update customer records based on interactions
* Support call center team members
* Handle customer inquires and complaints with advanced conflict resolution skills
* Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts
* Call out to existing customers to alert them to specials
* Offer VPP (Village Partner Plan) to callers if applicable
Requirements
* Bilingual-Spanish a big plus!
* Two years of call center or customer service experience
* Reliable and adaptable
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Ability to build rapport with clients quickly
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Proven ability to meet and exceed call quotas
* Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc...
* Service Titan experience a plus!
* High School diploma
* Previous experience in Plumbing or HVAC industry a huge plus!
Salary Description
$18 + per hour, based on experience
