What You'll Do:

  1. Participate in the development of a large-scale Ads system.
  2. Responsible for the development of state-of-the-art applied machine learning projects.
  3. Own key targeting components or strategies in the TikTok ads monetization ecosystem.
  4. Work with product and business teams on product vision.

Qualifications
  1. BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant majors.
  2. 6+ years of experience in and good theoretical grounding in machine learning concepts and techniques.
  3. Excellent programming, debugging, and optimization skills in one or more general purpose programming languages, including but not limited to: Go, C/C++, Python.
  4. Experience in one or more of the following frameworks: Tensorflow/PyTorch/MXNet, etc.
  5. Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way.
  6. Preferred experience: ads system, recommendation, searching, ranking, etc.

Job Information:
Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $210000 - $358000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
