CNC Setup Machinist - 1st & 2nd Shifts
Location: Schaumburg, IL
We are looking for skilled CNC Setup Machinists to join our team on the 1st and 2nd shifts. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, adjusting programs, and selecting the appropriate tools. You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled environment with clear machine assignments provided at the start of each shift.
Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines efficiently and accurately.
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T symbols.
• Adjust speeds, feeds, and tooling for optimal performance.
• Work with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) to ensure quality standards.
• Support production by working across multiple machines as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of CNC setup experience.
• Proficient in reading CNC programs and using measuring tools.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T.
