Travel CT Tech in Newport News, VA

**Job Title:** CT Technologist

**Shift:** Day 4x10-Hour (10:00 AM - 8:30 PM, Sunday to Wednesday)

**Experience:** Minimum 1 year of CT experience required
**License:** Virginia State license required, but a 90-day authorization is allowed if another state license is held
**Certifications:** ARRT and BLS required
**Must-Have:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in CT
- Supervisory reference
**Job Description:**
- Work primarily with inpatient ED cases in a Level 2 trauma center
- Operate 3 Siemens scanners: 2 Drive models and 1 Edge model
- No on-call duties required
- Floating may be requested based on facility needs
- Prior permanent employees must have a 6-month gap before taking a travel assignment
- Keep request time off to a minimum, with no more than 7 days total
- Specialty experience required within the last year
- Successful candidates will participate in a 16-hour orientation
- Must be prepared for manager interviews and be informed about the job description
