We are currently looking for a Shop Coordinator!

Do you have strong attention to detail? Do you have proven experience in project coordination or administrative roles in manufacturing or construction? Are you looking for a career in the trades?

As the Job Coordinator, you will oversee job requests from inception to completion, ensuring high standards of quality and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to**

  • Receive and Review Job Requests: Meticulously review and verify drawings, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Manage email correspondence for each job.
  • Job Processing and Coordination: Create and manage job entries in SharePoint, update tracker systems, and communicate job confirmations to requestors and stakeholders.

  • Closing Out Job Requests: Review time entries, document job details, and maintain records. Notify stakeholders of job completion.

  • Communication and Coordination: Proactively communicate with field and office teams. Facilitate meetings and assist in safety program management.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, manage time-related tasks, and organize/execute shop events and celebrations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the manufacturing manager, including auditing time records, developing standardized procedures and forms, and annually creating and maintaining various trackers (Manufacturing, Productivity, Purchasing, and Duct Orders).

Qualifications:
  • Experience in project coordination or administrative roles in manufacturing or construction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
