The VP of Product of Engineering (Custom .NET) is responsible for overseeing teams of software platforms and providing leadership, vision, product strategy/roadmap, and direction for the platform engineering organization.

This position is responsible for:

1. Recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
2. Ensuring the staff has the skills and capabilities to meet business needs.
3. Overseeing the implementation of platform engineering initiatives.
4. Championing best practices and ensuring initiatives achieve business outcomes.

This individual should be a demonstrated leader with the ability to assimilate multiple concurrent projects and prioritize key initiatives that align with C-Suite strategic goals.
