What will you do?
- Lead a team understanding ambiguous business, product, and user problems.
- Applying cutting edge scientific technique to find solutions.
- Conduct A/B testing and complex experimentation (networks effect, bilateral experiments, etc.)
- Partner closely with cross functional Leaders to optimize overall measurement strategy and design.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Analytics)
- At least 5 years of Data Science experience
- Causal Inference, Complex Experimentation, Machine Learning, and Statistics experience
- Proficient in SQL & Python or R
- Advanced Degree (MS, PhD.) in Quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, etc)
- Able to navigate ambiguity and independently frame science problems and deliver high-quality science solutions.
- Business oriented. Have a strong business sense to proactively help Product and Operations identify key business challenges using data-driven insights.
- Have strong curiosity and self-driving force, like to accept challenges, Aim for the Highest.
- Have excellent communication skills, an open mind, and positive critical thinking.
- Solid technical & knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, can consistently explore and find the best practice.
- Insightful data sense and rigorous logical mindset, capable of providing systematic approaches to solve business problems.

Job Information:
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $227240 - $459040 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
