Accounts Payable Specialist

This position is Full-time, 40 hours a week. Monday thorugh Friday 8am to 5pm No Weekends. This position is a hybrid work schedule with 2 days work from home and 3 days working in the office.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

• Assist our Data Associates with purchase order reconciliation.
• Scanning and labeling invoices on a daily basis
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Code approved invoices to proper general ledger accounts and cost/revenue centers
• Handle vendor and branch personnel calls and inquiries
• Assist A/P Manager on projects as requested and implement process improvement opportunities.

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• Minimum of one to two years of experience in accounts payable or handling other accounting responsibilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced PC skills with Basic Excel skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to find errors
• Self-starter who presents a professional image and attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal relationship and office/customer teamwork skills
• Strong ethical and moral beliefs to uphold company values.
