About This Role – Account Executive, Enterprise Sales

The successful candidate will be a strong sales and business development leader with demonstrated skills in developing and executing new business expansion strategies. Must be a subject matter expert capable of defining effective data-driven lead-gen strategies and developing a compelling business case and value-add proposed solutions. This position requires an innovative mindset and a strong desire to cultivate new business. The successful candidate will report to the SVP of Sales and work closely with our BDR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling SaaS solutions to enterprise-level organizations. The individual must be able to comfortably engage with all levels of prospects, across multiple industries, using all available mediums including phone, email, and social media. Specific experience selling into Enterprise Retail, Healthcare, or Logistics is a plus. The ideal person will be a self-starter, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute a sales prospecting plan to penetrate target accounts and capture significant market share within identified industries.
  2. Source new sales opportunities through creative outbound prospecting and limited inbound lead generation.
  3. Build relationships with key decision makers across all accounts including C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO).
  4. Identify the right specialist/support resources to bring into a deal, at the right time.
  5. Effectively deliver product demonstrations to prospects/customers to showcase the value of QLess’ solutions.
  6. Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects/customers to achieve desired business outcomes.
  7. Remain knowledgeable of company's products/services to support prospect and customer needs.
  8. Disciplined use of Salesforce to record all communication with each lead, contact, and account along with proper pipeline management.
  9. Work effectively with other team members and throughout the organization.
  10. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including negotiating contracts and pricing.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customer needs are being met and that all relevant internal stakeholders are aligned.

Desired Experiences & Skills

  1. 3+ years of experience selling Enterprise SaaS solutions to large organizations, with a particular focus on enterprise sales, public sector and the healthcare market.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25% of the time).
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Organized, detail-oriented individual capable of meeting quarterly and annual results.
  8. Proven success in executing outbound targeted sales programs to achieve desired results.
  9. Experience engaging with prospects through social selling efforts.
  10. A team player who performs well independently.
  11. Must be a confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in an empowered, fast-paced environment.
