**License:** LCSW, DC License required; pending license accepted with proof of application
**Certifications:** BLS required
**Must-Have:**
- Pediatric experience required
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good understanding of family dynamics and social determinants of health
**Job Description:**
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary and departmental team
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and initial evaluations
- Develop and manage a plan of care
- Coordinate care by documenting information and participating in care conferences
- Refer patients to other disciplines and resources as needed
- Promote problem-solving and empower families through strong interpersonal skills
- Maintain organization and professionalism in all interactions
- Comply with COVID-19 and flu vaccination requirements (including booster)
Additional Requirements:
- Business casual attire (no scrubs)
- Ability to handle technology care needs and medical complexity in pediatric patients
- Completion of pre-start modules prior to orientation
- Participation in organized orientation sessions throughout the year
