The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Analyst to join our dynamic Strategic Finance team, reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Finance. This role offers the opportunity to work in-person in a fast-growing SaaS company that values collaboration, innovation, and personal development. As an Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes that drive the company's growth trajectory. You will also gain exposure to senior executives, the Board, and investors, contributing to our long-term success.

How you'll make a difference day to day:

• Financial Planning & Analysis Support: Assist in the development and execution of the company’s FP&A processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Provide insights that support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to support various business scenarios, utilizing Adaptive Planning. Analyze financial data, market trends, and operational metrics to identify key drivers and offer actionable recommendations.
• Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior leadership, identifying trends, variances, and key performance metrics. Help drive data-driven decision-making by providing thorough analysis of financial and business performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-departmental teams to align financial strategies with overall business objectives. Contribute to strategic projects and help execute company-wide initiatives.
• Investor Relations Support: Assist in the preparation of investor communications and presentations. Provide analysis and insights to the Head of Strategic Finance for external reporting to the Board and investors.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Adaptive Planning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, and CAC preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Required to work on-site 5x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables).
