Mechanical Estimator

- Estimate HVAC project costs, materials, and labor accurately.
- Review project plans and specifications to assess requirements.
- Research products and materials for accurate estimates.
- Evaluate bids and prepare proposals for clients.
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales team, and internal departments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and energy codes.
- Maintain organized records of completed estimates.
- 5+ years of HVAC estimating experience (preference for some field experience as well)
- Experience in large commercial and industrial projects.
- Proficiency in Accubid software preferred.
- Familiarity with HVAC, process piping, and structural/steel projects.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Membership in MCAA is a plus.
