Job Requirements / Description

Responsible for the management of all sales, marketing and business development activities for Locuz, Inc. in cyber security, data & analytics, cloud infrastructure and HPC (high performance compute).


  • Established as an advisor to CXOs and building complete transformation roadmaps using Locuz services.
  • Develop and implement complete and integrated marketing objectives, strategies and programs designed to increase/improve the company’s consumer base and market share. Supervise the implementation of approved marketing programs, assuring their timely, effective and efficient execution in the marketplace.
  • Develop new product concepts and existing product modifications to generate incremental sales in the areas of cloud operations, cyber security & advanced analytics.
  • Responsible for company’s advertising and ensuring quality performance.
  • Employ, organize and motivate the marketing department personally.
  • Direct staffing, training and performance evaluation to develop and control sales program.
  • Develop new business engagements by identifying and meeting target clients and selling application delivery technologies and services.
  • The duties require apportioning time in following manner – 50% - projects with existing customers and ensuring their success and delivery, identifying new opportunities.
  • 25% - focus on new customer acquisition.
  • 25% - deep focus on marketing for Locuz, Inc.

The skills, tools and technologies to carry out duties:

  • Domain knowledge – Cyber security, data & analytics, cloud infrastructure, high performance compute.
  • Industry verticals - Retail, Telecom, Automotive, Technology solution – cloud migration solutions, security assessments, security solutions including network operations and security operations, serverless data lakes and eDWs, sales management, business development, lead generation, qualification, campaign management, price modelling, Contract negotiation, statement of work, NDA, MSA ownership, delivery management.

Travel/relocation may be required to other unanticipated locations throughout the United States.

Requires 2 years of experience in Microsoft Project (MPP), Microsoft Visio, Agile, Jira, Scrum Framework.

Rate of pay: $193,898.00 per year.
