About the Job:
Serving as part of the program leadership team, the Director of Workforce Development provides leadership, direction and oversight of New Moms’ Job Training and College Success programs. This position works in partnership with Bright Endeavor’s leadership to ensure program goals and growth aligns with operations of a growing social enterprise. This full-time position supports the agency’s vision, philosophy and values in the comprehensive delivery of services to young moms through the delivery of a comprehensive workforce development programming and supportive services. This position will champion all New Moms values including our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, in both strategic planning and performance. This position works at in the East Garfield Park neighborhood at Bright Endeavors. Starting Salary: $80,000 DOQ
