Job Description:

  1. Role will lead the Student Information System program.
  2. Role requires experience with Student Information System (SIS) implementation and/or modernization.
  3. Similar experience with ERM or critical core business system transformations is acceptable. Cultivate a technology ecosystem that meets the current and evolving needs of the MBA and Doctoral programs, such as joint degree programs and evolving student schedules.
  4. This initiative will allow us to better support students and provide a seamless, personalized experience.
  5. Lead all phases of complex information technology projects designed as solutions with university-wide impact, and that require high levels of functional integration and involving multiple disciplines to be managed.
  6. Perform the full range of the project management lifecycle: discovery, initiating, planning, budgeting, executing, governance, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
  7. Develop detailed plans, schedule, project estimate, and resource plan. Ensure adherence to quality standards.
  8. Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team.
  9. Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solution of problems; revise, as appropriate, to meet changing needs and requirements.
  10. Evaluate and assess metrics and project effectiveness.
  11. Ensure accurate and timely reporting; prepare specialized and ad hoc reports. Absorb and leverage project related technology to ensure effective project management and collaboration.
  12. Leverage steering and executive committees for decision-making, change management, and communications. Advise unit/school regarding post project operations.
  13. Provide training to clients/staff.
