Job Summary:
RK Auto is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Chevrolet Service Manager to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This full-time position offers a base salary with the opportunity for commission based on customer service performance. As an individual contributor, the Service Manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the service operations for Chevrolet vehicles in our dealership.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Chevrolet service department, including scheduling appointments, managing workflow, and ensuring efficient operations.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer concerns promptly.
- Supervise and support a team of service employees, ensuring they are providing quality repairs and maintenance for Chevrolet vehicles.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance departments to meet dealership goals and improve customer retention.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and standards.
- Keep track of service department, and report to upper management regularly.
- Stay up-to-date with Chevrolet's latest technologies, models, and service procedures to ensure the highest level of customer support and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college or technical training preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and managing a team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles, service procedures, and technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
