The Paid Media Specialist will execute paid B2C campaigns across paid advertising platforms including Google, Facebook, Pinterest and more. This Specialist will lead tactical campaign execution to drive awareness, consideration and conversion on Singer.com. This Specialist will work under the direction of the Performance Marketing Manager.
Job Responsibilities

• Execute paid marketing plans across multiple ad platforms to fulfill the eCommerce vision and strategy for achieving corporate sales and conversion goals
• Leverages data analytics to monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategy as necessary to meet KPIs and growth goals
• Utilize assets such as images and content to builds compelling performance-driven creative that stays on brand
• Suggest and builds effective audience segmentation across platforms
• Partner with Data & Analytics to analyzes campaign data and to suggest improvements and optimizations that will further driving customers through the funnel from brand awareness to order and subscription conversions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in paid media, preferably in an ecommerce capacity
• Experience optimizing paid media at scale and meeting KPIs
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media advertising platforms
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to go beyond the basic project/job description
• Innate analytical skills
• Solid presentation skills in both preparing reports as well as sharing leadership readouts
• Must have a strong level of personal organization and an orientation to fine details
• Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment while effectively managing multiple tasks is required
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

You will need to be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation, including:

• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer etc as well as have the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
• Communicate effectively with customers through multiple forms of technology, including telephone and computer. Must be able to receive and convey information
• Required to retrieve or reposition products like sewing machines weighing up to 50 pounds
