About the Sales Executive:
The Sales Executive plays a vital role in expanding our client base by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the supply chains of major companies. They leverage financial and business acumen to engage with business owners and financial decision-makers to promote our financial solutions. Sales efforts are consultative.
Essential Duties:
  • Prospect financial decision makers within the supply chains of large corporations.
  • Create a pipeline of potential business opportunities and move prospects through the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct calls, emails, and other outreach methods to initiate conversations to create awareness of and establish interest in our financial products.
  • Provide timely and effective communication to leads, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and pain points, and tailor solutions to address those needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights to potential clients.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
  • Ability to identify and qualify leads, create, and deliver presentations, and close deals.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with financial products, particularly in the areas of working capital, cash flow management, or accounts receivable.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer success and satisfaction.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Financial and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and confident sales approach.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance, or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience selling B2B finance solutions such as commercial loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, and invoice factoring.
  • Preferred experience with CRM such as Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Multi-lingual.
