Maintenance Supervisor

A global manufacturing conglomerate with manufacturing sites across the world is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for their location in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.

Key duties include:

• Maintaining, installing, repairing and rebuilding production machinery and equipment
• Preventative Maintenance work on machinery, assigning and closing duties to techs
• Troubleshooting and determining errors in automatic equipment and injection mold machines
• Replacing switch motors, relays, pumps and motors
• General building maintenance duties (some contracting out)
• Documenting OSHA, Safety and EPA as it relates to the maintenance department

Skills required:

• 5+ years' of relevant experience in manufacturing environment (Injection Molding is a plus)
• Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics and PLCs
• ISO9001 Quality knowledge
