Description

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in financial planning and analysis to support business growth.
2. Oversee daily accounting activities, manage financial reporting, and effectively communicate with senior management.
3. Handle all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and reporting, ensuring adherence to UAE tax regulations and optimizing tax strategies for the organization.
4. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits, providing comprehensive documentation, detailed explanations, and facilitating the resolution of any audit findings.
5. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic financial decision-making, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
7. Handle a large volume of financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
8. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
9. Candidates should have proven banking experience, particularly in managing loan facilities and guarantees.
