Hillcrest Health Services is currently seeking a Senior Living Executive Director for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community Hillcrest Mable Rose in Bellevue, NE.

What are my responsibilities?

• Implements procedures for the hiring, onboarding and engagement of team members while inspiring team members to achieve better performance.
• Plans and directs a complete budgeting and fiscal management process including revenue and expenses.
• Effectively self-manages by using leadership skills including critical thinking, communication, problem solving, emotional intelligence and resiliency.
• Identifies and minimizes exposure to risk factors including safety for all occupants in the building and on the premises.
• Responsible for the proactive maintenance and presentation of the physical plant, furniture and fixtures.
• Ensures facility emergency preparedness including Life Safety Code compliance, safety committee activity and fire and tornado drills.

What do I need to be considered?

• STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).
• At least three years Executive Director experience in a health care setting serving seniors required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Nursing, Social Work or related administrative field required.
• Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or Assisted Living Facility Administrator license in the state of Nebraska required.
