Shift Leader

Papa John's - Capitol Heights in Capitol Heights, MD is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations during your shift, leading a team of pizza enthusiasts to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing duties.
2. Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
3. Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
4. Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed to meet customer demand.
5. Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.

Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills.
3. Availability to work nights and weekends.
4. Previous food service experience.
5. Authorized to work in the US.

Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
