Title: Senior Spanish /English Sales Representative

Location : Outside sales around Georgia and some adjacent states

Job Summary : The main objective of this position is to identify business opportunities, understand the specific needs of clients, and offer IT solutions that meet those needs. Client prospecting should be a habit in daily work, ensuring compliance with the sales budget and effectiveness aligned with the company’s overall objectives. Responsibilities:


• Conduct outside consultative sales to our current and new clients focused on security surveillance cameras in commercial buildings and stores, POS systems, payment terminals, and other IT solutions.

• Deeply understand the products and services offered, as well as the client’s needs and challenges to provide them customized solutions.

• Identify and develop qualified leads through various sources such as active prospecting, client references, social media, and participating in networking events.

• Conduct effective product demonstrations and technical presentations for potential clients, highlighting key features, competitive advantages, and benefits.

• Prepare detailed and personalized proposals, including specific configurations, competitive pricing, and clear terms and conditions according to our politics, demonstrating the added value of the offered solutions.

• Negotiate commercial terms and contract conditions, effectively managing the sales process from initial presentation to final closure.

• Meet and exceed sales budgets set by the company, ensuring continuous growth in sales volume and market participation.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service, resolving problems, and managing technical service requests in collaboration with the corresponding team.

• Keep accurate and updated records of clients, opportunities, and results in the CRM system and follow up with clients.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and competitors in our industry

• Participate in continuous training programs and professional development to stay updated on technological advances, new products, and services the company offers.

Job requirements:

• College diploma or high school.

• Experience of a minimum of 1 to 3 years in a similar B2B sales role, CRM use, or another customer management tool.

• Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding sales budgets.


Technical skills:

• Basic technical knowledge related to camera surveillance, POS systems, merchant

• Managing long-term relationships with clients

• Intermediate Microsoft 365 skills

• Budget management and prospection techniques


Soft skills:

• Desirable verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish

• Self-management, leadership, and teamwork skills

• Organized work skills, attention to detail, and process-based work methodology

• Customer satisfaction oriented
