Travel Nurse RN - ER/Trauma in Renton, WA

**Job Description:**
- Manage a 55-bed Emergency Room with an average of 250 visits per day and 5500-7200 visits per month.
- Typical nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4, with a maximum of 1:5.
- Work in a 4-zone department with resources such as MST, a charge nurse, patient flow coordinator, and triage nurses.
- Handle a variety of cases including heavy fracture cases, car crash-related injuries, COPD, pneumonia, abdominal pain, nausea, and appendectomies.
- Work in a Trauma Level 3 facility; stabilize patients for transfer.
- Breaks are enforced with access to a massage chair in the conference area.

- Cancellation policy allows for 1 shift cancellation per 2-week period.
