Job Details
  • Estimate new projects with PlanSwift, then performing project management with a Superintendent that runs the field
  • Class A commercial office TI projects in LA and Orange Counties
  • Ensure accurate/quality/competitive/profitable estimates, evaluate risks, proposals, specs/scopes/contracts/drawings/budgets, bid docs/strategies/deadlines, and follow estimating procedures
  • Sub/material/vendor quotes, estimate handoff/job pre-planning, market evaluation, value engineering, and jobsite inspections
  • Lead/coordinate projects/teams, sub/vendor relationships, produce quality work that’s on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, and organize/track materials/resources
  • Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs, budget, jobsite safety, and schedule

Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and Estimator on commercial painting projects
  • Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus
