Specialty Services Supervisor

The position of Specialty Services Supervisor is a highly trustworthy position responsible for assuring that all projects are performed at the level described in the Scope of Work and the customer’s expectations. This position requires a high level of communication skills related to training others, as well as relating positively to employees and clients. The ideal candidate must be a proven leader, displays integrity, is dependable, values attention to detail, and is safety-oriented.

What you will be doing:

1. Ensure the operation is managed in line with company standards, policies, and procedures.
2. Deliver excellent communication and motivation to the site including communicating on a regular basis so that team goals and expectations can be achieved.
3. Be involved with the completion of recruitment, onboarding, and development, as well as the execution of all training needs for the Splash Technicians.
4. Participate actively within team meetings in order to develop ideas to enhance the service we offer.
5. Conduct regular cleaning audits and ensure that any issues highlighted are addressed appropriately.
6. Ensure that the Splash Technicians have appropriate assistance as required. You may be expected to undertake any cleaning tasks as needed.
7. Identify new business opportunities and raise these with the Operations Manager.
8. Control and monitor the usage of cleaning materials and supplies to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse.
9. Maintain inventories, request supplies and equipment necessary for the day-to-day operation.
10. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

What you need:

1. Must be proactive, someone who takes ownership, is motivated, and a problem solver.
2. 5 years of experience with carpet cleaning, power washing, and floor care services.
3. Ability and knowledge of how to use different types of equipment for these types of services.
4. Certified in Mold remediation, Odor remediation, and water restoration services is a plus.
5. 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
6. Ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
