KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Partner with operating unit and sourcing business leads to advance strategic category strategies and long-range plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and suppliers to achieve cost management and efficiency goals
- Participate in the development of strategic sourcing plans that provide General Mills with a competitive advantage and deliver long-term consistent, sustainable, cost-effective supply
- Comply with corporate and regulatory policies and accounting practices
- Learn and leverage continuous improvement tools and processes
- Currently recruiting for a role specializing in media
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-5 years of sourcing experience or media category experience
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- Contract negotiations, risk management, market analysis, economic analysis, financial analysis experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or Marketing
- Media category sourcing experience or media agency background a plus

- International relocation or international remote working arrangements (outside of the US) will not be considered

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this position is $79,500.00 - $119,400.00 / Annually. At General Mills, we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
