North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population throughout northern Arizona. Description
As a Patient Relations Representative, you will have the opportunity to be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service to our patients. You will be responsible for greeting patients, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Duties

  • Greet and check-in patients, verify patient information, insurance documents, referrals, and enter changes into patient records
  • Answer phones, make appointments and follow-up appointments, and take phone messages
  • Enter data into patient database
  • Provide back-up support for other office positions (e.g., insurance follow-ups, referrals, etc.)
  • Complete forms for clinic and patients on an as needed basis

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer software skills
  • Customer service experience

Compensation
Starting at $18.56+ DOE
