LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a global tech company. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in public accounting and industry along with a CPA. Salary commensurate with experience will range from $120K-$140K + 12% Bonus + Equity plus health, dental and vision benefits, PTO, and more.

The Accounting Manager will support the rapidly growing organization by driving new initiatives and ideas.
Key Responsibilities include:

• Assist in hiring and developing a team
• Month-end/year-end close
• Financial statement preparation and analysis
• Management reporting
• Technical accounting research
• Process improvements
• Policies and procedures
• Ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance required
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• CPA required
• Public accounting experience required
• Industry experience required
• SEC reporting experience a plus
• Netsuite experience a plus
