Santé is seeking a Full-Time Recruiting Manager to lead and oversee our talent acquisition efforts. The Recruiting Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier candidates for various positions within our organization. The Recruiting Manager is responsible for providing direction, supervision, and advocacy to the recruiting team and supporting talent acquisition initiatives across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract and engage candidates across different channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the recruiting team, providing guidance, mentoring, performance management, and fostering a collaborative high-performing culture.
  3. Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates.
  4. Collaborative Partnerships: Establish strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads.
  5. Budget: Manage recruitment budget and vendor costs.
  6. Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company's employer brand.
  7. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  8. Candidate Assessment: Implement efficient candidate evaluation methods.
  9. Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  10. Compliance and Legal: Stay current with labor laws and regulations.
  11. Other duties as assigned.

What We Require

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8+ years’ of recruiting experience with 2+ years’ experience in a Recruiting Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and ATS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
