This position provides an opportunity for the right candidate to expand their career and grow with a forward-thinking organization.Responsibilities :End to end management of a liability claims team.Insure that claims examiners are conducting thorough investigations to determine damages and assess liability exposure.Lead and manage your team so that client service level standards are adhered to.Strong ability to evaluate bodily injury claimsRecognition of subrogation potentialWork well with internal and external customers to provide superior reports so that proper evaluations of claim values can be made.Appropriately represent the company by executing a high level of service and maintaining professionalism at all times.Key requirements:At least 5+ years of relevant experienceMust maintain current and valid adjuster license(es)Must maintain a valid driver’s licenseStrong project management skills and ability to work independentlyStrong working knowledge of insurance laws and general constructionStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsExperience with claims software is a plusExperience at a Third Party Administrator (TPA) company is a plusMust have physical ability to conduct the responsibilities of the position (carrying 30+ lbs)Benefits and Perks:We are an organization that recognizes and appreciates hard work!
