QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED:
Master's Degree in counseling or related field
Valid Texas Teaching
Counseling and Guidance Certification
Minimum 2 years successful teaching and/or counseling experience with school-age students
PREFERRED:
Strong leadership skills
Ability to successfully accomplish the duties of the job
Knowledge of counseling procedures, student appraisal, and career development
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior
Demonstrate computer literacy
