Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of a farm of FDM 3D printers, ensuring smooth production runs.
- Monitor and maintain printer performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal print quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of 3D printers.
- Assist in the preparation and setup of print jobs, including slicing files for production.
- Work closely with the engineering team to implement improvements and new techniques in the printing process.
- Track print data and quality metrics to improve efficiency and output consistency.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in additive manufacturing or 3D printing, preferably with FFF/FDM technologies.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with 3D printing hardware and software.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with printers.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on print quality and efficiency.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to relocate to Ventura, CA
