We are looking for a Field Engagement Manager to join the Field Engagement Center of Excellence for AWS Worldwide Field Enablement (WWFE). This role will join a team of professionals who partner with AWS content creators, enablement leads, and communicators to plan and deliver relevant messages to the AWS global Field, enhancing customer engagements.

The ideal candidate is a professional who can operate in a high-velocity environment and deliver high-quality results. This role requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work backwards from ambiguous requirements to generate clear, concise messages for our AWS Global Sales (AGS) team. The right candidate has communications and/or marketing experience, exceptional copy writing and editing skills for both original content as well as rewriting and optimizing content from subject matter experts. A successful candidate will demonstrate executive presence, project management skills, interpersonal skills, ability to influence others, and ability to work effectively across internal stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Proactively generate Field engagement momentum on enablement campaigns internally, driving dialogue and education with AGS Field (sales) employees via AWS global and local enablement teams.
  2. Build strategies to drive engagement and advocacy with executives by connecting programs to clear business results that tie to AWS growth strategies.
  3. Test and execute email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  4. Build strong working relationships across key stakeholder groups in sales, marketing, communications, and sales operations.
  5. Standardize and scale engagement mechanisms globally, across all markets and segments.
  6. Define metrics and establish tracking processes for campaigns, including impact on business results of enablement campaigns.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  3. Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience.
  2. Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
