Dietary Chef Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for providing healthy food for residents
• Prepares food ensuring that strict safety standards are followed
• Will need to be able to supervise and direct kitchen staff in the absence of the Director

Ideal candidate will:

• Experience providing exceptional customer service and care to senior in a skilled and/or Assisted living setting.
• Knowledge of food safety policy and protocol per Indiana state guidelines
• Appreciate the value of being a dependable & responsible member of greater team
• Be open minded; willing to listen to and share new ideas
• Have open availability and be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Be able to work 12 hour shifts
• Have an up to date ServSafe Certification
