Logan County Department of Job & Family Services is seeking two self-driven and detail-oriented Case Managers to operate the CCMEP (Youth Employment Program), TANF Work Required Program, and WIOA Adult Training Program. An employee in this position will work directly with Youth (ages 16-- 24) to assist them in stabilizing their employment and living conditions. The CCMEP Program will be split between two Case Managers. Case Manager will also assist those on cash assistance to find either employment or training to help move them from needing assistance or in our WIOA Program to assist adults to obtain the training they need to achieve their desired careers. Case Managers also attend meetings, trainings, conferences, workshops, and webinars as needed, and are responsible for data entry on their cases. Conduct intake and recertifications for various programs and assist their Unit in the operation of the OhioMeansJobs Center. The successful candidate will have a minimum three years of experience working at Job & family Services, employment services, or youth outreach. Must have excellent attendance and a positive attitude. Degree is preferred but experience in similar position will also be considered. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary Range: $36,961.60 - $47,881.60. Future pay increases are based on years of service in similar county employment of 4% to 6% annually again based on years of service. We also offer an annual Retention Payment based on years of service from $300.00 - $1,300.00.
