Homewatch CareGivers is seeking an Office Manager at our Glendora, CA location. Homewatch CareGivers provides personalized in-home care to support our clients’ unique needs. As an Office Manager, you will direct, administer, and coordinate the business activities; you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business. Responsibilities:
· Oversee client care plans to ensure they are complete, accurate and up to date
· Develop and execute caregiver schedules
· Ensure policy and procedure compliance
· Oversee all training including orientation, case orientation, and ongoing training
· Manage client, caregiver, and outside care collaborator relations
· Direct care supervision
· Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
· Be available on-call as needed
· Other duties as needed to maintain the operations of the business including caregiving dutes
Qualifications:
· 3+ years supervisory or administrative experience · 3+ years Home Care experience (Preferred)
· Ability to solve problems quickly and independently
· Understanding of the statutory and administrative rules of the state’s regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance within the agency
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Software experience with Word, Excel, and other applications
· Ability to pass all background screening
