Change Management Communications

We are seeking a change management communications expert to join our team. HP's Supply Chain spans across 34 distribution centers and 69 manufacturing locations in nearly 170 countries, shipping over 150 million products every year. HP's Supply Chain Planning organization is undergoing a major transformation. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving growth through the development and implementation communication strategies to support organizational evolution and change management initiatives that include, but are not limited to: enhanced sales inventory & planning optimization (SIOP) processes, cash and inventory optimization initiatives, digital planning and artificial intelligence (AI) roadmaps. The role will report to the Director of Supply Chain Communications & Engagement and will be based in Houston, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication plans to support organizational evolutions and change management initiatives in HP's Supply Chain Planning organization
- Create, standardize and deliver engaging executive and internal communications
- Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand change initiatives and tailor communication plans and templates accordingly.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across various levels of the organization to ensure effective communication and alignment with change management goals.
- Build relationships with internal teams and leaders to gather insights and facilitate open communication channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in communications.
- Experience and knowledge of organizational change management principles, methodologies, and tools in cross-functional and large corporate settings
- Excellent writing, editing, oral communications, communications planning, and project management skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easily understandable written format.
- Creative problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to exert influence and make strong recommendation both with and without formal authority.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Collaborative working style with a focus on building relationships across teams.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in supply chain communications, specifically supply chain planning and/or supply chain management of change.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability operating in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
- Collaboration: to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven decision making: to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make informed decisions.

The base pay range for this role is $102,500 - $157,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
