Instructional Designer/Trainer

Need to be have good Articulate 360 experience

Skills and Abilities

• Strong Instructional Design experience
• Articulate (Storyline and/or Rise) or Adobe Captivate experience.
• Basic Microsoft Word skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Basic Microsoft Outlook skills
• Intermediate SQL skills
• Intermediate Query skills
• Must be flexible and adaptive to change
• Basic experience designing learning materials and managing projects
• Basic development skills using e-learning tools
• Advanced oral and written communication skills
• Takes initiative and is accountable
• Ability to translate needs/processes into replicable training materials for delivery
• Investigative skill ability
• Ability to multi-task
• Basic goal setting skills
• Change initiation skills Intermediate analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to share and impart knowledge

Preferred

• 4+ years experience developing, deploying and facilitating training in various mediums within a business environment
• Multi media instructional design and delivery background

Technical Requirements

• Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline & Rise) or Adobe Captivate
• Adobe Creative Suite
