Under the Unit Director's supervision, Youth Development Professionals (YDP's, or staff) are responsible for providing diverse programming opportunities to members. Members range from 5-18. Youth Development Professional's plan, implement, supervise, and evaluate programs/activities offered in program areas, such as education, technology, arts and crafts, physical education/sports, and health and wellness.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Must be over 18 years of age at the time of hiring.
Must be able to pass background check.

- Effectively plan, lead, monitor, and evaluate various programs, services, and activities to ensure the health & safety of members, quality of programs, gender, and cultural diversity.

- Provide appropriate guidance and direction through supportive relations with members.
- Focus on maintaining a safe, positive atmosphere for all members.
- Help ensure that the Club is clean, well-maintained, and attractive.
