Restore First Health is currently seeking a Community Liaison to join to join our growing Advanced Wound Therapy Team. This is a full-time position supporting our new San Antonio Wound Care Practice.
We are looking for a hardworking and well-rounded outreach/marketing professional to help us promote our brand, solutions, and services. Experience in the home health industry is preferred In this role, as you will have an opportunity to play a critical role in the company's growth through direct contact with potential referring providers and healthcare entities. We are seeking a partner with a knowledge of wound care and the needs of home health industry.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a passion and drive for optimizing and executing measurable strategies with collaboration across multiple departments. We need you to be knowledgeable personable, and outgoing. Must have a hard-wired passion for learning and mastering new skills and responsibilities.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Develop a strategy for communicating our program to outside medical practices and entities for referral pipeline development.
- Position Restore First Health as the experts in mobile wound care, while educating on our therapeutic and advanced healing approach
- Responsible for meeting and or exceeding monthly and/or quarterly sales goals set by Regional Director of Community Partnerships, through position marketing & educational community outreach, including networking, special events, educational "Lunch and Learn" and other presentations
- Ensure that Sales Activities and efforts are updated daily on the company's Outreach Tracker or CRM platform.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our wound business, product offerings, capabilities, and value to patients with chronic wounds.
- Work with the business development and clinical team to identify new and innovative inbound/outbound strategies to ensure that we reach prospective patients and drive leads.
- Help create and design proposals and presentations to collaborating organizations including local senior groups, specialty medical practices, and chamber of commerce.
- Create and customize marketing assets to enable and support our clinical team.
- Work with existing customers to create success stories, white papers, and spread awareness of our solutions.
- Work alongside the company's clinical team to support goals and support clinical programming.
- Demonstrate problem solving skills, effective use of resources, collaboration with other health professionals, and professional standards.
- Support during meetings, conference calls, and community outreach events as requested.
- Highly motivated and hard working with a strong balance of creative and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of home health industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively dissect and communicate complex topics.
- Strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated self-starter but also experience working as a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare business development with a focus on relationship and referral management in Houston area. Experience in wound care is a plus.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Insurance
- Wiling to travel within the San Antonio, TX area and nearby markets.
