Experience with key OEMs such as Palo Alto, Cisco, Pure Storage, and Dell is highly desirable.

What You Would Do

  1. Lead and manage the Ohio sales team, driving strategic sales initiatives to achieve regional revenue goals.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base, focusing on both new customer acquisition and growth within existing accounts.
  3. Cultivate relationships with senior-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers to identify business opportunities and promote People Driven Technology's solutions.
  4. Leverage experience with OEMs such as Palo Alto, Cisco, Pure Storage, and Dell to position and sell advanced technology solutions.
  5. Monitor team performance, providing ongoing coaching, training, and development to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

  7. Provide oversight for key negotiations and close large, complex deals.
  8. Utilize CRM tools to manage customer and prospect data as well as sales activity.
  9. Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities, accurately forecasting, and timely reporting progress to the Sales Leadership team.
  10. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  11. Represent People Driven Technology at regional industry events, conferences, and networking activities to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

What We Are Looking For

  1. 7+ years of experience leading sales organizations, particularly within the technology industry, working with either an OEM or a Value-Added Reseller (VAR).
  2. Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams with a focus on driving growth and revenue in a competitive market.
  3. Strong understanding of technology solutions, with hands-on experience selling products from Palo Alto, Cisco, Pure Storage, Dell, or similar OEMs.

  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  6. Established relationships with senior IT leaders and decision-makers across regional geography and large-sized enterprises.
  7. Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  8. Deep understanding of the regional market, with an established network of contacts preferred.
  9. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth company environment preferred.
  10. Sales certifications from key OEM partners (Palo Alto, Cisco, Pure Storage, Dell) preferred.

What We Would Offer You

  1. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your dependents.
  2. 401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer Match, Health Savings Account, Life Insurance, and Long-Term Disability.
  3. Competitive compensation.
  4. Leadership opportunities in a rapidly growing company with a focus on professional development.
  5. Access to leading-edge technology solutions and strategic OEM partnerships.
  6. A dynamic, entrepreneurial, and supportive company culture with opportunities for advancement.
